Search

You can search for user first names, last names and usernames. Type in your search string in the search box and TeamCal Pro will search for that string in all first names, last names and usernames. All users with that first name, last name or username will be displayed. You can also select a group for the search. Only users in that group matching your search term will be displayed. If you leave the search text box empty all users of the selected group will be displayed.

Sort Order

Next to the "Name" caption you can see an arrow indicating the sort order of the user list. If the arrow points down the user list is sorted ascending by last name (A first, Z last). Click the arrow to revers the list into a descending order (Z first, A last). The same logic works with the login date/time stamps.

...

This column shows the time stamp of the last login of this user. It is followed by the time zone identifier (e.g. CEST =  Central European Standard Time).

Archiving Users

User records, and all related records of that user can be archived. This will move the records into specific archive tables that are copies of the active tables. In the same way, archived users can be restored from the archive which will move the archived records back into the active tables. This feature is helpful when you have a large amount of inactive users that you do not want to delete yet. Archiving them will increase performance of the active tables.

Archiving/restoring a user will move the following records:

  • User record
  • User group membership records
  • User options records
  • User template records
  • User daynote records
  • User allowance records
  • User announcement records

User avatars will be deleted when archived. When a user is restored there will ne no avatar anymore.

You cannot archive a user with the same username as an already existing archived user. Equally, you cannot restore an archived user with the same username as an active user.
