Permissions
Screenshot
Permissions apply to Roles (not to Groups).
There are two types of permissons. "General" permissions apply to complete pages (controllers). "Feature" permissions apply to certain features of a page.
Permissions can be viewed and managed by Role or by Permission. Select the view that is more convenient for what you want to do.
You can save different sets of permissions in so-called "Permission Schemes". That makes it easy to store and switch between them.
General Tab
This tab lists controller permissions. Think of a controller as a page. Each permission on this page refers to a page, e.g. "Manage Groups" allows to load Groups page from the Administration menu.
Features Tab
This tab lists permissions that are sub-features of pages.
